The centerpiece of The Settlement at Powhatan Creek is the 15,000 square foot luxury Residents' Club. This private clubhouse features an indoor pool, aerobics studio, and fitness room as well as a billiards lounge with a fireplace, a grand ballroom complete with catering kitchen, and space for arts and crafts or cards. The Residents' Club will be available for use by all homeowners in The Settlement.
